what to do during pregnancy

1) Exercise during pregnancy

    Most women who are pregnant should try 30 minutes of exercise on most if not all days depending on health condition

    Exercises can be walking, swimming and dancing

    Yoga and Aerobics

    Also Pilates is one of the best exercises do, both during and after pregnancy. Make sure to get some Pilates background if you never done Pilates before. One the top reasons Pilates and pregnancy go together so well is that Pilates is great at building core strength. If your abdominals, back, and pelvic floor/Kegel muscles are toned, they will support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. Pilates is also famous for helping new moms get their figures back after baby is born!

    Skiing, Water Skiing, Horseback Riding

3) What to wear when you exercise during pregnancy

    Don't wear tight clothes, but do wear a good sports bra that will give you good support. Wear shoes that have good support and are not slippery, so you won't fall. Breathe deeply, drink a lot of water, and always to keep your heart rate under 140 beats per minute. Avoid jerking motions and lying on your back for extended periods of time.
